Short version: right now we don't ask who you are, we don't run ads or third-party trackers, and your game progress stays on your device.

What we collect today

• Game progress and settings (like high scores or sound on/off) are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
• Basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) may be processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What will change

We plan to add advertising (for example Google AdSense) and privacy-friendly analytics to keep the games free. Before we do, we'll update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent through a cookie banner.

Children

Play Or Play is intended for players aged 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact us and we'll help.
